RN Unit Manager

Unit Manager (RN) Needed for South Haven Nursing & Rehab! Additional Offerings: Full Time: 8 AM - 4 PM On Call and some Night/Weekend PRN MUST Have Managerial Experience in a Skilled Nursing Setting! Must hold current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN). Responsibilities for RN Unit Manager: RN will plan, organize, staff, administer and direct a broad program of nursing services for all licensed units, under director of DON. Assess, evaluate, and provide direct care/related services for residents in accordance with their care plan Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs Registered Nurse will supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants QUALIFICATIONS for RN Unit Manager: At least three (3) years of successful nursing experience in a long-term care environment; most of which should be in a management role.
