Pay Range: $55 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include but are not limited to health insurance (medical dental vision) 401(k) plan and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design configure and maintain enterprise network infrastructure focusing on Layer 2/Layer 3 switching technologies.
• Develop and implement network automation solutions to streamline provisioning configuration and troubleshooting.
• Manage and optimize network performance availability and security across data center and campus environments.
• Automate routine network operations using scripting and orchestration tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network integration and deployment efforts.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Maintain up-to-date network documentation diagrams and operational procedures.
• Participate in change management incident response and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Experience in network design and troubleshooting in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with vulnerability and security risk assessments of network assets.
• Knowledge of unified communications solutions and integration with wireless technologies.
• 5 years of network engineering experience.
• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong expertise in Layer 2/Layer 3 switching (VLANs VRRP MC-LAG STP VTP PortChannel and routing protocols such as OSPF/BGP).
• Hands-on experience with network automation tools including demonstrated proficiency in Python Ansible or similar scripting/automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and network programmability concepts.
• Knowledge of major networking platforms (e.g. Client Cisco Arista Juniper).
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP DNS DHCP and network security fundamentals.
