About the Role:

Southland Pool & Lawn LLC is looking for a skilled Irrigation Repair Technician to join our growing team in Fort Walton Beach, FL! In this hands-on role, you'll keep lawns and landscapes thriving by diagnosing and repairing irrigation systems for residential and commercial clients. Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair residential and commercial irrigation and sprinkler systems

Inspect, adjust, and replace sprinkler heads, valves, controllers, and backflow preventers

Troubleshoot irrigation system leaks, pressure issues, and electrical faults

Program and calibrate irrigation controllers and smart watering systems

Perform routine maintenance and seasonal system checks

Communicate repair findings and recommendations clearly to customers

Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicle in clean, working condition

Requirements:

Prior experience in irrigation repair, landscaping, or a related field preferred

Working knowledge of irrigation system components including valves, heads, and controllers

Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose system issues efficiently

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including Florida heat

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Excellent customer service and communication skills
