You will support daily execution, identify and resolve blockers, keep our high-performance production lines moving, all whilst maintaining quality standards and alignment with schedule goals.ResponsibilitiesTrack and manage parts through all stages of production, including procurement, kitting, assembly, test, and integrationAssist in planning and staging material for production builds, and efficiently identify and resolve part readiness issues prior to build startCollaborate with Technicians, Engineers, and Production Managers to support daily execution and remove blockersSupport setup and optimization of lineside inventory by coordinating with Supply Chain and Production teams to stage parts at the point of useMaintain and monitor lineside inventory levels through regular audits, compiling dashboard reports, restocking schedule, and ERP/MRP reportsPerform de-kitting and coordinate return to stock or return to vendor processesReconcile BOM discrepancies and assist in correcting system data in ERP/MRP toolsSupport flight component receiving, kitting, and shipping operations as neededManage physical and digital library of calibrated tools in production areasQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent certification3+ years of experience handling parts in a production manufacturing environmentExperience with MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Warp Drive etc.)Nice to HaveStrong computer skills, familiar with the full suite of Microsoft Office productsDemonstrated inventory experience in a high paced environmentExperience in aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronic manufacturing environmentsExperience operating forklifts and other material handling equipmentExperience working with data tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, or similar)APICS certificationBachelor's degree in a business or technology fieldAdditional RequirementsMust be able to perform repetitive tasks such as bending or twisting, grasping, standing, lifting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carryingMust be able to lift and carry parts or equipment up to 50 lbs. unassistedMust be able to stand for extended periods of timeMust be able to work extended hours and/or weekends as neededCompensation and Benefits:Hourly pay range for this non-exempt role is $24 – $30 + equity in the companyCompensation will be based on several factors including, but not limited to: knowledge and skills, education, and experience levelComprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, paid parental leave, and many other perksIf you don't meet 100% of the preferred skills and experience, we encourage you to still apply!
