The job entails producing and distributing regular reports from the Financial and Decision Support systems, including physician statistics, readmission rates, mortality stats, losses, costs, market shares, and various ad hoc reports. It also involves performing integrity checks and reconciliations on data from the Financial and Decision Support systems.

The candidate should have knowledge of health plans, excellent analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and operational skills, high-level interpersonal skills, effective computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Excel, knowledge of SQL, ability to deal with data that is of a sensitive and confidential nature, strong emphasis on organizational skills and strong attention to detail, understanding of finance and accounting concepts, ability to work effectively in a matrix-managed environment to achieve organizational goals, knowledge of healthcare industry, knowledge of SAS, understanding of payer claims data, business intelligence software, and Microsoft Visual Basic/Access.

Education: Bachelor's in Business Administration, Healthcare, Project Management or related field. Work Experience: 1+ related experience.

Pay Range: $49,718.59 $92,468.74
