Family Law Attorney

Leading, well-known, and respected law firm located in Woodbury, Long Island, specializing in divorce and family law is seeking a motivated associate with a minimum of 3-6 years of experience to join our team in a full-time or part-time role.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to develop strong litigation skills, gain meaningful courtroom experience, and build a long-term practice in matrimonial law.

Must have strong research and writing skills.

Responsibilities will include extensive contact with clients, adversaries, and courts; drafting motion papers, pleadings, post-trial memoranda, and stipulations of settlement; preparing discovery demands and responses; advocating at court conferences; negotiating settlements, preparing for trial, and second-seating trials. Deposition and/or trial experience is a plus.
