Family Law Attorney
Seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to handle a broad range of matrimonial and family law matters , including divorce, child custody, support, and related proceedings.
Responsibilities
Manage matrimonial and family law matters from inception through resolution.
Handle contested and uncontested divorce proceedings.
Represent clients in matters involving child custody, visitation, child support, and spousal support.
Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
Conduct discovery, depositions, negotiations, court conferences, and hearings.
Advise clients regarding equitable distribution and other financial issues related to divorce.
Work directly with clients to develop effective case strategies and negotiate favorable resolutions.
Qualifications
Prior experience practicing matrimonial, divorce, and family law .
Admission to the applicable State Bar and in good standing.
Strong litigation, negotiation, research, and legal writing skills.
Ability to independently manage a caseload and communicate effectively with clients.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
