Commercial Transactions Attorney

We are looking for a Commercial Transactions attorney to join a growing team at a corporate boutique firm based in Garden City, NY. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on complex, cutting‑edge transactions for national and multinational companies. The individual will be expected to:Serve as lead or day‑to‑day running attorney on commercial transactions, including supervising mid‑level and junior attorneys and staff.Draft, revise, and negotiate key transaction and commercial documents, including:Long-term supply agreements Electronic component agreements Semiconductor-related agreements Purchase orders and standard purchase order terms and conditions Supply-chain agreements UCC-related matters Advise clients on data privacy and security considerations and related regulatory issues in connection with commercial transactions.Counsel closely held businesses and their owners on governance, shareholder/member relations, and general corporate matters.Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and other deal professionals, providing practical, business‑oriented advice.
