Confidential Employer. Job Description Manage plaintiff-side personal injury matters from intake through resolution. Handle cases involving motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, slip and fall claims, and related negligence matters. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents. Take and defend depositions and participate in mediations and settlement negotiations. Communicate regularly with clients to provide guidance and updates. Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to develop case strategy. Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court proceedings when necessary. Advocate aggressively to maximize client recoveries. Qualifications Active New York Bar license required. 4+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience required. Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills. Experience handling pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Client-focused mindset and strong attention to detail.
