Account Manager (Alabama/Mississippi)

Avive Solutions, Inc. is a growth‑stage Automated External Defibrillator company focused on improving out‑of‑hospital cardiac arrest response. About the Role: We are seeking a full‑time Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will operate as an inside sales representative and play a crucial role in our revenue‑generating efforts. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new opportunities to contribute toward our sales goals, engaging with prospects through various channels and working the entire sales cycle for both inbound and outbound opportunities. Only candidates residing in Alabama or Mississippi will be considered. What You'll Do: Identify and prospect for new customers by leveraging high‑volume, high‑velocity outbound prospecting tactics. Effectively manage a pipeline, nurture relationships, and close deals. Develop creative and customized outreach strategies to prospect for potential customers. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions within our CRM system. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in a sales role, with a strong background in lead generation through cold calling and emails, managing a pipeline of opportunities, and closing deals. At least 1 year in a full‑cycle outside sales role. Inside Sales experience selling into Public Safety and/or Education verticals (preferred). Willingness to dive into new projects, experiment, quickly learn from failures, and scale successful efforts. Proficiency in Gong, Salesforce, Zoominfo, or other sales‑based tools and programs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong organizational and leadership abilities. Problem‑solving skills are a must. A positive mindset, with strong curiosity and coachability; open to learning new tools, systems, and best practices to continuously improve. Flexibility and patience in a rapidly growing environment, understanding that processes may change frequently. Active listening skills, with a talent for building relationships, tactfully overcoming objections, and finding creative solutions to challenges. Passionate about our mission of saving lives.
