In this high-impact role, you will manage the full recruiting lifecycle for a diverse range of critical Hardware positions, which may span Supply Chain, Quality & Reliability, Vehicle Development, and Advanced Hardware Engineering. You will act as a brand ambassador, partnering closely with hiring managers to qualify requirements, source, recruit, and close world-class engineering talent.

In this role, you will:

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process with an emphasis on strong hiring manager partnership and effective candidate advocacy
• Source candidates, screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit
• Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes with interview panelists, hiring managers, and company leadership
• Manage offer process, partnering with hiring managers, leadership, and HR teams

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a competitive industry (sourcing, screening, and closing candidates)
• Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral fit
• Tech and industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills and companies within the industry
• Consultative and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
• Proficiency in sourcing with LinkedIn as well as alternative techniques

Bonus Qualifications:

• Interest in the autonomous and electric vehicle industry
• Expertise in leveraging at ATS (we use Lever) to build metrics, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines
• Experience working for a recruiting agency
• Experience managing complex technical roles

There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. The listed range applies only to the base salary. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
