Contract (13 Weeks) | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Rotating Weekend Coverage | On-Call Required

Key Responsibilities

• Independently provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across all phases of antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn care
• Deliver care within an LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) setting as well as Newborn Nursery
• Assess and monitor maternal and fetal status throughout labor, delivery, and recovery
• Float within skillset to other units as required
• Accurately document all patient care activities using EPIC electronic health records
• Complete required facility modules prior to start date

Required Qualifications

• Active New York State RN license required and must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of acute hospital experience with OB/L&D background
• Experience in antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum care required
• Experience in LDRP and Newborn Nursery required
• EPIC charting experience required
• Active ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) certification preferred
• Experience in low-risk and/or high-risk maternal care
• Prior travel nursing experience (first-time travelers are accepted)
