Join our growing team of experts dedicated to helping clients simplify and strengthen their marketing efforts. Xpressdocs is currently seeking an Account Manager to join our Fort Worth-based team. In this role, you’ll be a key player in driving client success, growing revenue, and building lasting relationships by promoting the full suite of Xpressdocs solutions. If you are an experienced Account Manager with a proven track record of sales growth and client retention, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, we encourage you to apply today. In this position, you will: Drive revenue growth by promoting and expanding client use of Xpressdocs products and services. Represent and support our full range of products and services. Train, develop, and manage client accounts and databases. Develop and maintain an expert-level understanding of the Xpressdocs platform, including functionality, pricing, and client-specific programs and products. Serve as a subject matter expert by analyzing client needs and recommending effective implementation strategies. Document, organize, and communicate client requirements to support detailed project planning and execution. Build and maintain strong customer relationships while responding quickly to inquiries to ensure satisfaction. Travel approximately 20% of the time to attend client meetings, trade shows, and events to support business needs. You’ll thrive in this role if you: Have a minimum 5+ years experience in similar client facing role. Are quality conscious, detail orientated, organized, and self-motivated. Can anticipate problems and resolve effectively. Are comfortable working in fast-paced, high pressure environments. Possess excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Have the physical ability to work at a desk (up to 80%) and move throughout departments (up to 20%). Have the ability to operate standard office equipment and work in a cubicle setting.
