I opened my agency in November 2000, bringing with me decades of insurance experience after starting in the industry at just 19 years old. Today, I lead a small but dedicated team of three, and our office is known for its long tenure — some team members have been with us for more than 25 years. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Diane Meeker - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
