Description Position Summary: The Assembler will assemble equipment according to specifications and drawings. Duties / Responsibilities Assembles machinery, fabricated metal products, electrical equipment, fan assemblies, motors, pumps, piping, mount conduit, pull wire, and more according to directions. Reads blueprints, schematics, and builds to those specifications. Uses various machines, forklifts, overhead cranes and hand/power tools to accomplish assigned tasks. Performs other related duties as assigned. Essential Skills And Experience Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics. Properly maintain and perform basic repairs on equipment. Basic ability in measuring equipment, reading, or writing. Ability to weld is a plus. Education And Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods standing and performing tasks. Must be able to lift up to 20-30 pounds. Must have manual dexterity to assemble products and machines.
