As a Practioner Specialist for Cybersecurity & Risk Services (CRS) at Wipro Technologies-USA, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our security solutions within the dynamic landscape of Cybersecurity. Your primary focus will be on generating sales in critical areas such as Identity Access Management (IAM), Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC), Security Operations Centers (SOC), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), and overall risk management strategies. Your expertise will be essential in effectively consulting and leading sales strategies, which are rapidly evolving and present unique challenges in the realm of enterprise security.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet our clients' distinct security needs in the Capital Markets & Insurance sectors while promoting Wipro's commitment to quality and effectiveness. A successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of market dynamics and emerging trends in cybersecurity, enabling you to effectively position our services and articulate their value to prospective clients.

Consulting lead sales in the domain of Enterprise Security in the Capital Markets & Insurance sectors:

• Consult on Enterprise Security Solutions Offerings
• Manage Presales Consulting, Architect Solutions according to the customer demands
• Responsible for revenue management for the allocated region / accounts
• Create Business Development Plans for allocated sector / accounts
• Ownership for both Farming and Hunting accounts
• Work in a Virtual team to create value propositions to customers
• Own and Run Large bid processes with a virtual team
• Engage with CXOs to build the Security Business
• Represent the team in various steering committees, resolver groups and drive the entire engagement
• Work with various teams and stakeholders in the customer environment to transition and roll out the SOC to the customer
• Position, Architect and Solution blueprint customer's IT Security requirements
• Manage Customer expectations and be responsible for CSAT
• Identify and convert new opportunities for business
• Manage complete end to end Bid Management process of Security Programs for the region / accounts
• Evangelize Security Solutions and convert them into opportunities
• You will be able to demonstrate a persevering and customer oriented approach with commercial and business acumen
• You will have effective communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong market knowledge of Enterprise Security industry and trends
• The successful candidate will be a self-starter and highly motivated in order to take up the challenging task of generating more business in the allocated account(s)
• Interested to work as an Individual contributor

Qualifications:

• Any undergraduate degree, although an MBA is preferred
• Drive end-to-end sales until closure, proposal management, or project-based work experience with large deals; at least 8 years of relevant expertise in IT Services & Consulting
• Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, communication, and team-building abilities
• Proven sales, sales enablement, and negotiation skills, as well as familiarity with design thinking fundamentals, pipeline management, deal qualification, competitive positioning, client relationship strategy, deal shaping, and financial modelling, contract drafting and management
• Good knowledge of business process outsourcing, application development, cloud computing, security, as well as other technology platforms and aspects
• Work experience in the professional services sector
• Working knowledge of multifaceted, multimillion-dollar prospects that are large, global, and complex

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $200,000.00 to $280,000.00. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
