Information Technology Service Delivery Manager

Job Functions Lead and manage a regional technology support team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality end-user support across multiple office locations. Oversee service delivery operations, driving service excellence, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives. Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical and operational issues, providing guidance and ensuring timely resolution. Collaborate with global technology and operations leadership to align processes, reporting standards, and service delivery best practices. Qualifications 3-5+ years of management experience within IT Support / Help Desk Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills are very key – must be able to effectively communicate with senior leadership. Hands-on technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, and Intune. Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, compliance requirements, risk management, and industry best practices. Experience managing third-party vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
