The People Concern seeks a Mental Health Team Lead to guide an interdisciplinary team serving homeless individuals in Metro Los Angeles. You will engage clients, provide intensive case management, and link them to housing and supportive services in a city-wide outreach effort. Role emphasizes wellness, recovery, and high-quality service delivery with strong collaboration across partners and adherence to program standards.
