Mental Health Team Lead - Street Outreach & Housing Linkage
The People Concern
The People Concern is seeking a Mental Health Team Lead (E6) to guide an interdisciplinary team in downtown Los Angeles. You will engage homeless individuals, link to housing and supportive services, and model wellness, recovery, and coping strategies within a large, city-wide initiative. You will coordinate with public, private, and nonprofit partners, oversee intensive case management for a high-need caseload, and ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery in line with agency standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr The People Concern
