Senior Human Resources Generalist (Benefits, LOA & WC) Jacksonville, FL | Hybrid | $75,000$80,000
What Youll Do

• Benefits Administration Manage medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k) plans; oversee enrollments, changes, audits, billing, and Open Enrollment.

• Leave of Absence Management Lead FMLA, ADA, STD/LTD, and state leave processes; guide employees and managers; ensure compliance and accurate tracking.

• Workers Compensation Manage claims from start to finish; coordinate with Safety; support returntowork and compliance reporting.

• HR Operations & Data Integrity Maintain accurate HRIS data, conduct audits, manage documentation, and resolve HR tickets.

• CrossFunctional HR Support Assist with onboarding/offboarding, HR reporting, policy interpretation, and team coverage.

• Process Improvement & Compliance Support ACA reporting, HRIS optimization, SOP creation, and HR communications.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of handson experience in benefits, 401(k) audits, LOA, and workers compensation
  
  
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
  
  
• Proficiency with HRIS systems (ADP preferred) and Microsoft Office

• Excellent communication, organization, and problemsolving skills

• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion

• Experience with process improvement or HR best practices is a plus

• Bachelors degree or HR certification preferred
