Job Title: Accounting Manager (Individual Contributor) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Job Location: Inlet Beach, FL (100% On-Site) Work Schedule: Monday–Friday with a flexible start time (approximately 7:30 AM–9:00 AM) Compensation: $90,000–$120,000/yr. DOE + 100% Company-Paid Medical (Employee & Family) + Dental & Vision + 401(k) w/ 3.5% Match Required: Experience working as an Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor, Assistant Controller, or Controller Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Finance considered with strong accounting background) 3–5 years of Construction Accounting experience Experience with: Month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close Balance sheet reconciliations Loan management/construction financing General accounting Preferred: Multi-entity/company accounting experience Bank reconciliations Weekly payroll processing Vendor compliance/vendor management Why join us? Despite the title, this is an individual contributor role responsible for overseeing the full accounting cycle, leading month-end close, and coordinating accounting operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Manage general ledger accounting, journal entries, and financial reporting. Prepare financial packages for management review. Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations. Manage loan accounting and construction financing activities. Process weekly payroll and support vendor compliance initiatives. Coordinate accounting processes across multiple departments to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Identify process improvements and support additional accounting and finance projects as needed.
