This individual will partner with business stakeholders, MSP/VMS teams, HR, Procurement, and IT to deliver scalable integration solutions that optimize contingent workforce operations and improve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions between Workday HCM, Workday VNDLY, and third-party applications including HRIS, ERP, payroll, identity management, procurement, and financial systems.
- Configure and support Workday VNDLY integrations for contingent worker lifecycle processes including requisitions, onboarding, time management, invoicing, supplier management, and worker offboarding.
- Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Workday Web Services, and Cloud Connect technologies.
- Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements across contingent workforce management.
- Troubleshoot production integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.

- Participate in system testing including unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Ensure integrations meet enterprise security, compliance, and data governance standards.
- Work within Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions while meeting project timelines.
- Stay current on Workday and VNDLY product enhancements, integration best practices, and emerging technologies.
