We are seeking a motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating existing leads, generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients in the market. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent customer service and follow-up skills, and the ability to effectively communicate our product offerings.

Job Type: Full-time
Draw: $1,000 weekly draw
Full commission: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

• Perform in-person and virtual sales appointments.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
• Prospect to identify potential customers and sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Present and demonstrate our brand and capabilities to potential customers.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process with excellent follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction.

Experience:

• Proven experience in sales or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
• Previous experience in outside sales and account management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to learn software based estimating too quickly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales.
• Strong background in customer service with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Experience in lead generation and outside sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve results and exceed targets.
