Job description:

Boutique family law firm with primary office in Everett, WA looking for an associate attorney for their growing practice. Attorney position may be for offices in Bellingham, Everett, or the greater Seattle/Eastside area.

The successful candidate will have two-plus years of relevant family law practice experience, including:

• client consults and interviewing
• handling motion practice
• taking and defending depositions
• all other discovery related matters, and trials
• exceptional oral and written advocacy skills
• strong work ethic
• ability to assume immediate responsibility
• good attention to detail
• thorough research and analysis abilities
• professional demeanor.

We are willing to open up the candidate pool to attorney applicants who are licensed to practice law in Washington with desire to practice family law but no experience, on a case by case basis.

This is a full-time position with a salary dependent on experience, including performance bonuses, competitive benefits package and family friendly annual billable hour requirements.
