Job Description CMS Consultant Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and optimize digital experience platforms (DXPs), ensuring alignment with business goals. Analyze business needs, create digital strategies, produce technical specifications, and collaborate cross‑functionally. Provide expert advice on content migration (upgrade, refresh, re‑platforming) and use migration tools, including AI‑based content and asset migration. Develop and advise SEO strategies to improve search engine visibility and user engagement. Integrate systems via REST API, GraphQL, ETL, SPA, PWA, Groovy scripts, and product‑specific APIs (Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Apigee). Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, DOMO) to track and interpret content performance. Support proactive and reactive sales by identifying account growth opportunities. Train users on CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, Optimizely, Contentful, ContentStack, Strapi). Technical Skills Proficiency with headless and traditional CMS (Optimizely, Contentful, ContentStack, Strapi, WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore). Experience with information architecture: sitemap, taxonomy, interactive design. Knowledge of migration tools, utilities, and scripts. API integration experience (REST, GraphQL, Groovy scripts, ETL, SPA, PWA). Analytics and content measurement. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree. Proven track record in consulting and account growth through value‑based conversations. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. General managerial skills (if applicable).
