Job Description As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol in South San Francisco, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and deliveries. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and document observations while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, team-oriented, and integrity-driven values. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.70 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon10:00 PM - 06:00 AMTue10:00 PM - 06:00 AMWed10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSat10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSun10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor access points and observe vehicle, trailer, package, and personnel movement in accordance with site policies and procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting observations as required. Complete detailed activity reports and communicate security-related concerns, incidents, and irregularities to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
