The LEASING SPECIALIST is the first person our prospective residents meet, so we are looking for outgoing individuals that can make a GREAT first impression! If you enjoy helping people find their new home, then come join our team! We have an open bilingual Leasing position in NW Houston at our Canterbury Court apartment community.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of leasing experience in the multi-family industry - required
• Bilingual in English/Spanish - required
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Experience with Yardi and Rent Cafe preferred
• Resident Utility Billing experience helpful
