The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage relationships with a portfolio of assigned accounts to drive repeat business.
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, and lead follow-up.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers, virtually or in-person as needed.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales quotes, proposals, and contracts in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CRM systems beyond basic data entry (e.g., customizing workflows, generating advanced reports).
• Familiarity with ERP software and its integration points with sales processes.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or product lifecycles.
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to the target market.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging sales presentations or product demonstrations.
