Senior Recruiter

The Sr Recruiter is responsible for the execution of the recruitment program that attracts qualified onshore and offshore personnel for global positions. Responsible for generating new sourcing pools of candidates through creative means including new technology approaches. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Sources and identifies highly qualified candidates to staff open position requirements on operational rigs, within talent pools and onshore functions. Applies all company policies and practices and ensures new hires are handled in accordance with company shared values and equal employment practices. Screens candidates for qualifications, interest level, compensation, relocation needs and availability. Interviews candidates using competency based behavioral interview techniques to ensure candidate matches all specifications of the position including organizational fit and job fit. Attends career fairs as needed to produce qualified candidates. Establishes and maintains relationships with hiring manager to stay abreast of current and future department trends and business initiatives that could impact hiring needs. Coordinates recruitment advertisement, internal communications, and nationalization recruitment campaigns globally. Travels to rigs to understand staffing requirements and partners with rig-based leadership to provide support and a positive working environment. Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or another Business related field Preferred Level: Applicable HR Certification Experience: 5-7 years of experience in recruitment and staffing. Preferred Level: Oil and gas industry experience Skills: Must be familiar with behavioral/competency based interviewing techniques and assessment tools. Highly process driven with developed network in the oil and gas industry. Industry and technical understanding of job specifications to the extent required to accurately assess candidates’ qualifications. Ability to influence hiring decisions based on information gained during the recruitment process. Proficient in use of applicant tracking system. Fluent in English language, both written and verbal Preferred Level: Working knowledge of Workday application Pre-Requisite/ Qualifications: Must successfully complete pre-employment drug screen.
