Social Media and Brand Manager
ALEXIS LAUREN
We're looking for a highly creative, strategic and 10 step ahead individual to join ALEXIS LAUREN. This position plays a pivotal role in brand awareness, experiences, engagement and relationships. Key Responsibilities Create all content assets for social media and edit original content Create elevated graphic design assests for social, email, website, events and marketing campaigns Growth marketing through email and SMS campaigns Create relationships through grassroots efforts Manage and plan all events Secure sponsors and partnerships Grow email and lead database Create influencer strategy and manage relationships Social Media Lead Content Calendar, Posting, Engagement, Instagram, Tik Tok and stay in the know! Stay on top of KPIs and growth strategy Own execution and ideas Track analytics and weekly performance Graphic Design Create newsletters and releases Desired Experience 3 + years in social media, content creation and/or marketing Must have a strong understanding of Tik Tok, Instagram and all social media platforms Creative and detail-oriented Self-starter and able to work independently Must be able to lead with original ideas Proactive and able to independently develop ideas from concept to execution. Does not need oversight or direction to execute Experience with Canva and editing tools (Adobe Suite etc) Ability to commute to Coral Gables and Bay Harbor Islands Marketingand SocialBrief EngagementStrategy How would you increaseengagementon Instagram and TikTok? Your goal is to grow our follower base while building a community of like-minded beauty enthusiasts. Define your overallstrategy. Location opening How would you build hype and a lead list for a location coming to a new city? Create an Instagram feed with visuals and captions. Propose a TikTok idea (or two!) - what makes ALEXIS LAUREN's content stand out? Partnerships & Influencers Who would you partner with and why? How would this increase revenue? How does each partnership align with the brand? How would this bring in new clients? Share three influencers or tastemakers you'd like to collaborate with and explain why.
