What You'll Do
- Drive occupancy and revenue growth by leading the full sales process - from first contact to move-in.
- Create meaningful connections with prospective residents, families, and referral sources.
- Build and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, senior organizations, and other community influencers.
- Plan and execute engaging events, presentations, and marketing initiatives to boost awareness.
- Track, analyze, and optimize your sales performance using proven systems and metrics.
- Partner with leadership to develop innovative strategies for retention, referrals, and community visibility.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of outside sales success (hospitality, healthcare, or senior living a plus).
- A proven track record of building pipelines, closing deals, and exceeding goals.
- Strong local networking and relationship-building skills.
- Creative thinker with the drive to make things happen and the discipline to track results.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
