As a part of our team, you'll be offering exclusive State Farm insurance and financial service products to clients who trust us for their needs.
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and proactively follow up to ensure their needs are met. Use a needs-based approach to educate customers on the best insurance options that suit their unique situations. Develop new leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to recommend tailored products and services.
Genuine interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs and goals. Exceptional communication skillswhether you're speaking, writing, or listening, you connect easily with others. A people-first attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively. Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude. Willingness to learn new computer systems and tools. Enjoy working in a team-oriented environment and collaborating to achieve shared goals.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year.
