Position Overview:

Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and proactively follow up to ensure their needs are met. Use a needs-based approach to educate customers on the best insurance options that suit their unique situations. Develop new leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to recommend tailored products and services.

Requirements:

Genuine interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs and goals.
Exceptional communication skillswhether you're speaking, writing, or listening, you connect easily with others.
A people-first attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively.
