ABOUT THE AGENCY:
As a proud graduate of the University of South Carolina, I built my career on hard work, growth, and community involvement. I opened my agency in November 2024 after spending eight and a half years as a team member for two different agents—experience that shaped my leadership philosophy and commitment to building the right culture.

Our office proudly sponsors the Norcross High School Football team and I volunteer with the Norcross High School 3DE Program, supporting young entrepreneurs in our community.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Brady Bennett - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Bilingual Spanish, Mandarin, Korean or Hindi preferred.
