ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2012 and currently lead a team of 20. I've spent my entire career with State Farm, beginning as a team member before earning the opportunity to open my own agency. I'm a proud Georgia Southern graduate, live in the Atlanta area, and enjoy golfing, spending time outdoors, and making memories with my three kids.

Giving back to our community is an important part of who we are. Our agency proudly supports Roswell Alive at 5, sponsors local football and softball teams, and stays actively involved in school activities throughout the community.

Luka Cline - State Farm Agent is seeking an organized and efficient specialist to fulfill administrative duties and support insurance agents in gaining and keeping customers. As Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member with our agency, your attention to detail, dedication to client relations, and sales-mindedness equip you for this versatile position. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service
• Sales experience preferred
• Able to obtain Property/Casualty License
• Able to obtain Life/Health License
• Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs
