About Our Agency: I opened my agency in 2017, and today I lead a small, close-knit team of two. Before becoming an agent, I worked for State Farm Corporate as a trainer and also spent time as a team member. When the opportunity arose to open my own agency in my hometown of Atlanta, I knew it was the right path. I graduated from Georgia Southern, and earlier in my career I worked in local television doing sports and weatheran experience that taught me how to communicate clearly, think on my feet, and connect with people. Role Description

Kimberly Parks - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
