About Our Agency: I opened my agency in 2017, and today I lead a small, close-knit team of two. Before becoming an agent, I worked for State Farm Corporate as a trainer and also spent time as a team member. When the opportunity arose to open my own agency in my hometown of Atlanta, I knew it was the right path. I graduated from Georgia Southern, and earlier in my career I worked in local television doing sports and weather—an experience that taught me how to communicate clearly, think on my feet, and connect with people. Responsibilities: Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information. Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities. Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications: Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred. Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.
