I’ve been proudly part of State Farm since 2007, building a career centered on service, community, and leadership. I earned my BSIE from University of Michigan and my MBA from Loyola University Chicago. Giving back is an important part of who I am. I’ve served as Past President of the North Fulton Rotary Club, volunteer with Special Olympics, and am an active member of my local church. I also coach youth hockey, baseball, football, and soccer, which has given me a deep appreciation for teamwork and mentorship. We offer a Simple IRA and flexible scheduling to support a healthy work-life balance. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Cliff Wilcox - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
