ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2012 and currently lead a team of 20. I've spent my entire career with State Farm, beginning as a team member before earning the opportunity to open my own agency. I'm a proud Georgia Southern graduate, live in the Atlanta area, and enjoy golfing, spending time outdoors, and making memories with my three kids.

Giving back to our community is an important part of who we are. Our agency proudly supports Roswell Alive at 5, sponsors local football and softball teams, and stays actively involved in school activities throughout the community.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Luka Cline - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
