$45,000 Base + $55K–$60K+ First Year Potential Torrence A. McKnight State Farm is a high-performing, growth-driven insurance agency known for delivering an exceptional customer experience and results.

We provide the training, structure, and support—you bring the drive.
Responsibilities:
- Work with customers to provide Auto, Home, Life, and Health insurance solutions
- Make outbound calls, follow up with leads, and set appointments
- Build and manage your own pipeline of prospects
- Cross-sell and identify additional opportunities to help customers
- Follow a proven sales process with hands-on coaching and support
- Hit daily and weekly activity goals in a fast-paced environment
- Proven system that helps you succeed
- Ongoing coaching and development
- Access to leads and marketing support
- Clear path to grow into leadership roles
- Positive, competitive, and team-driven environment
- Property and Casualty Licenses preferred
- Sales experience required
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Coachable with a desire to improve and grow
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Willing to obtain insurance licenses (if not already licensed)
- Must be able to work in office. This position is not remote.
- $45,000 base salary
- $55,000–$60,000+ expected first-year earnings
