Bilingual Customer Service Team Member (English/Spanish) — Full-Time

What You’ll Do

Support customers with questions, updates, and follow-ups (phone and in-person support when needed)
Help customers through a needs-based conversation so they understand the right options
Keep things moving behind the scenes—scheduling, next steps, and accurate documentation
Team up with others to solve issues fast and deliver great service

What We’re Looking For

Bilingual required: English + Spanish (strong verbal + written communication)
Confident with phone and comfortable communicating in person
Detail-oriented, proactive, and great at listening
Currently licensed or willing to obtain proper licenses within 30 days
Comfortable learning and using computer systems

What You’ll Love
