Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – Attleboro, Massachusetts A psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner at Thriveworks will help drive our brand by providing direct clinical care to clients through a mix of in‑person and telemedicine sessions. Compensation This is a fee‑for‑service (W2) position. The annual salary range is $147,000‑$212,000, based on 25–35 clinical hours per week. Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric assessments and create individualized care plans. Prescribe medication to reduce mental health symptoms as needed (excluding stimulant medications). Provide care to adults and adolescents (14 years and older) in both telemedicine and occasional in‑person settings. Complete required paperwork and assessment tools. Adhere to Thriveworks’ Clinical Practice Guidelines. Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff regarding client care, programs, and services. Qualifications Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification; license in Massachusetts required. Master’s degree in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in Massachusetts. Minimum 1 year of psychiatry practice; additional experience preferred. Understanding of AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is a plus. Comprehensive in‑house training on ADHD treatment standards and certification exam required. Willingness to treat ADHD clients, no quotas.
