Role Overview We're seeking a strong accounting and finance leader to oversee day-to-day financial operations, lead a team of accounting professionals, and ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and operational support in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. What you'll do Lead and develop a team of 4-6 direct reports Oversee Accounting, Revenue Audit, Accounts Payable, and Payroll Own month, quarter, and year-end close and review financial statements Maintain internal controls and regulatory compliance; coordinate audits Manage cash flow reporting and banking activity Partner on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and provide financial insights Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies What we're looking for CPA strongly preferred Experience managing teams and strong technical accounting/reporting skills Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis experience Comfortable in complex, high-volume transaction environments Systems NetSuite (preferred), Red Rock, Paylocity Compensation and Benefits The role offers a competitive salary range, discretionary bonuses, and benefits including medical, dental, vision coverage, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
