This role is responsible for managing moderately complex technical delivery projects, applying deep knowledge of the function and organization to solve problems that may lack well-defined solutions. The position operates with a high degree of independence, providing guidance to junior team members while ensuring successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee technical delivery projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Analyze and resolve moderately complex problems using functional expertise and organizational knowledge.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior employees to support their development and project contributions.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to facilitate effective communication and project progress.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.

Job Tasks

• Develop detailed project plans and schedules.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and update documentation accordingly.
• Analyze technical requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve delivery issues.
• Track and report on project metrics and key performance indicators.
• Support resource planning and allocation for project activities.

Skills

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address moderately complex challenges.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to guide junior staff and collaborate across teams.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana)
• Collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack)
• Office productivity suites (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Issue tracking and reporting tools

• 3-5 years of experience in technical delivery or project management roles.
• Experience solving moderately complex problems within a technical or organizational context.
• Demonstrated experience working independently and providing guidance to junior team members.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
