Project Coordinator III

Job Description Summary:

Is the position Remote or in office? Half and half in office and remote, location: US-MI-Saline




Plans and coordinates project scheduling, budgeting, and administrative tasks. Supports the project staff by facilitating project logistics such as meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, etc. Takes meeting minutes and action items during meetings and performs basic follow-up. Development of project presentations, weekly updates, and metric tracking. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and 6+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Typically reports to a project leader or manager.

Please confirm if you are expecting this contractor to work 50 hours per week: - It will be mostly 40 hours per week, but up to 50 when necessary



Any other helpful information? This person will be helping out with all of the data center PPT presentations, KPI tracking, weekly updates, newletters, etc. They will work with all team members to get the most up to date information about the project and document and distribute to leadership.
