(Linsco, RIA and Strategic Wealth). This position supports the sales pipeline through every stage of the buying process within their territories. The IRD Specialist possess a higher level of knowledge and expertise relative to the various LPL affiliations and acts as the liaison between the sales, marketing and product teams in support of the Regional Director Specialist. The role’s primary function will be to optimize the sales process relative to the territory pipeline. Responsibilities:Outbound call and territory specific campaigns relative to affiliation models (Linsco, RIA, and Strategic Wealth).Set appointments for external recruiters to meet with advisors in-field.Utilize discretion and independent judgment in evaluating potential advisors to determine whether the advisor is an appropriate candidate for LPL prior to introducing to the pipeline.Oversees and manages issues resolution relative to deals in pipelineUnderstand and articulate LPL’s business model, LPL’s policies, the financial services industry, and the benefits of joining one of LPL’s affiliation options.Individually own certain advisor segments of the pipeline from initial contact to the advisor joining LPL, and work in close partnership with RD to help manage the other segments of the pipeline.Owns request for information management and deliveryOwns and manages the transition assistance processResponsible for pro formas and analytics relative to territory pipelineCreates customized pitch decks for large/complex dealsSchedule and host subject matter expert calls and home office visits (in external recruiter absence)Prepare presenters for subject matter expert calls and home office visitsResearches and maintains territory specific competitive IntelWhat are we looking for?We want strong collaboratorswho can deliver a world-class client experience. Base salary is determined on several factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location. Incentive compensation is dependent on achievement of goals set forth in the incentive compensation plan.
