Position Details Title: CNC Machine Operator Mill/Lathe Department Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM 3:30 PM (4/10 schedule) Pay Range: $18.00 $22.00 per hour Key Responsibilities Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce high-quality parts across a variety of materials and sizes, strictly following blueprints and technical specifications. Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles to ensure parts meet rigorous quality standards. Conduct in-process inspections to verify tolerances and overall quality, making adjustments as needed. Implement lean manufacturing techniques to optimize productivity and reduce waste. Maintain proper loading of tools and parts, ensuring consistent operation. Troubleshoot tooling and equipment issues, replacing worn tools promptly to prevent downtime. Support the manufacturing of parts ranging from miniature components to large-sized products. Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe, adhering to all safety regulations and procedures. Identify and resolve equipment or product issues, including performing reworks if necessary.
