Position Details

• Title: CNC Machine Operator – Mill/Lathe Department
• Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (4/10 schedule)
• Pay Range: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce high-quality parts across a variety of materials and sizes, strictly following blueprints and technical specifications.
• Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles to ensure parts meet rigorous quality standards.
• Conduct in-process inspections to verify tolerances and overall quality, making adjustments as needed.
• Implement lean manufacturing techniques to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
• Maintain proper loading of tools and parts, ensuring consistent operation.
• Troubleshoot tooling and equipment issues, replacing worn tools promptly to prevent downtime.
• Support the manufacturing of parts ranging from miniature components to large-sized products.
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe, adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
• Identify and resolve equipment or product issues, including performing reworks if necessary.
• Contribute to special projects and undertake additional duties as assigned, fostering continuous improvement.
