General Manager – Quick Service Restaurant (Ames, Iowa Market)

We’re a fast-growing, nationally recognized restaurant brand looking for a proven leader to take the lead in one of our new restaurants opening soon in Ames, Iowa market. What You’ll Do

· Manage the daily restaurant operations, team performance, and guest service experience

· Manage effective P&L’s , labor, food cost , and profitability

· Hire, train, and develop a high-performing, engaged restaurant team

· Create a culture where people want to work—and stay

· Lead from the front in a fast-paced, high-volume quick service environment

· Execute brand standards while continuously improving performance

What You Bring

· 3+ years as a restaurant General Manager (or strong Assistant GM ready to step up)

· Background in Quick Service or Fast Casual restaurants

· Proven ability to manage food cost, labor, and P&L performance

· Track record of developing teams and promoting from within

· Strong leadership presence with ability to coach , motivate and hold accountable

· Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends
