Supervisor II, Production - Panel Lamination

Overview Full Time position located in Forest City, IA. This role oversees the production of all products through panel lamination, trains and coaches employees on two shifts, ensures on-time shipping with quality standards, and maintains policy compliance related to conduct and safety. Responsibilities Supervise the production of all products through panel lamination. Train and coach employees on two shifts to assure products ship on schedule while meeting prescribed quality standards and production goals. Assure compliance with all policies regarding conduct and safety. Interview and select new employees. Evaluate and review assigned personnel according to prescribed procedures and make recommendations regarding wage adjustments, promotions, transfers, and terminations. Experience Required Supervisory or similar servant-style experience with a high level of responsibility. Ability to read prints; experience with D365, RF Smart, Excel, and Team Center. Knowledge of production orders, panel lamination processes, labor functions, and product flow. Knowledge of Lean 101 – 5S, continuous improvement, and Tier meeting report outs. Special Skills or Tools Required Ability to work well with all agents of the company to facilitate customer satisfaction. Strong communication and planning skills; self-starter who prioritizes safety and quality.
