Job Title: Warehouse Worker Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and entry-level warehouse workers to join the 1st shift team in our warehouse. This role involves learning the process of tire retreading, where you'll be on your feet throughout your shift and engage in various physical tasks. Ideal candidates should possess a willingness to learn and adapt to our processes.

• Retreading tires for different customers on a daily basis.
• Lifting and maneuvering tires weighing between 75-100 lbs.
• Performing cleaning and equipment maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Handling materials including unloading and pallet jack operations.
• Stacking tires of all sizes for customer orders and inventory purposes.
• Training on a retread machine to make the required shape of tires.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (75-100 lbs) daily.
• Less than 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Comfortable with physical aspects of the job.
• Proficiency in material handling, pallet jack, and unloading operations.

• Open-mindedness to learning new processes.
• Willingness to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Flexibility in handling varied tasks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Davenport, IA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
